One tap, everything gone. Almost all your Plures data lives on your phone, and the app wipes it immediately, with no waiting period and no request form. The little that sits on our relay is encrypted so we can't read it, and deletes itself on a timer (see below).
The wipe on your phone is instant and irreversible.
Tapping Delete everything permanently erases from your phone:
Plures runs one small relay so groups can find each other and share location beyond Bluetooth range (see the Privacy Policy, section 4b). It holds only:
Once you delete everything on your phone, it stops refreshing these, so they expire on their own within 7 days. Because the identity and location data is encrypted with keys only your group holds, and every entry is filed under a rotating code rather than your name, we can't find or read your entries to delete them sooner. There is no other retention, no archive, no analytics record and no backup.
Deleting the app from your device automatically removes all Plures data via iOS and Android's per-app sandboxing — no further action is required. If you want to be extra-thorough on Android, you can also clear the app's storage from Settings → Apps → Plures → Storage → Clear data before uninstalling.
If Delete everything doesn't work as described, or you have questions about Plures data handling, email privacy@broexoticgroup.com. We can't identify or read your relay entries, so the in-app deletion plus the automatic expiry above is the deletion path, but we can help troubleshoot if the in-app option misbehaves.
